Anadolu Efes vs Partizan

This is the final, 17th round of the first half of the season. Efes is entering this game on a 9-7 overall record but only 4-4 here at home. Partizan who was on a five games winning streak has lost the last round from Asvel and now is 7-9 overall and 3-4 on the road. 

I believe the Serbian team should be competitive here. They have few players missing but the roster is more wide than in previous round. Important note could be the fact Partizan had way more time to rest from previous round than Efes had. 

I will go with first half option since Partizan wasn't very good in tight games finishes and I won't be surprised if they lead at halftime but again lose at the end on one or max two possessions.
