Couple of reasons why Suns can upset Boston on their home court and get the surprise win. First Suns need the win way more than Boston, who is sitting comfortably at the top of the Eastern conference. Suns are in a playoff race with a lot of teams in the west. Second Boston is still missing Porzingis and Brown is questionable to play. Suns did lose to Boston just a few days ago at Phoenix but they did not have Booker in that game. Going with the surprise win + handicap.
