     MC Alger U21 in the past two seasons at this U21 level, won all 4 games against Biskra and everytime they won by min 2 goals difference. Two seasons ago they defeated Biskra U21 with 3-0 at home and also with 2-0 on the road, but last season they really trashed this opponents smashing them first with no less than 7-0 at home and also winning 6-1 away at Biskra U21.
