     The hosts are fighting for promotion and are usually scoring 3 goals in all their recent games in the league, top team for this league level which did play recently in the top league as well in Uruguay. I followed Oriental in the cup some days ago against a lower league side, and they were 2-0 behind from the first half while losing with 2-1 in the end. And Oriental is really not a top team for this league level, so given the excellent form from the hosts I back the handicap on them.
