The Romanian women's rowing team is the firm favorite in the women's 8 boat at the Paris 2024 OM rowing. The event has been on the Olympic program since 1976 in Munich. Over time, the Romanian eight women's boat team has won 9 medals at the Olympic Games - 3 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze. The last time a medal was won in 2016 in Rio, bronze.
