Real Madrid vs Žalgiris

Situation for Real Madrid is becoming really worrying. Almost half of the season has passed and they are only on 13th position, so even below play-in spots. They need to get serious as soon as possible. Today it's expected home win but the handicap probably is too big. 

I have opted for first quarter over points since Žalgiris offensively usually will start the game very well.
