West Ham - Aston Villa

Aston Villa suffered a big 0-4 loss against Tottenham in their last league game. As of right now Tottenham are their main rivals who are eyeing their 4th place in the league table. They are in desperate need of points if they want to hold on to the Champions League spot. The 4-0 win in the Europa Conference league helped restore their confidence I believe. West Ham have not played that well recently in league games so Villa definitely could take home the win.
